TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE

MOBILE SAUNA SESSIONS

1. General Terms 

All’s Well Waterspa’s Mobile Sauna sessions offer guests a 90-minute sauna experience at participating locations. These Terms and Conditions apply to all single-session and multi-visit packages, including special events and promotions such as Sauna League, Sauna and Yoga, and Sauna and a Beer. 

2. Purchase and Redemption 

• Single Pass and 4-Pack options are available for purchase.
• Each pass grants admission for one (1) individual to one (1) 90-minute mobile sauna session.
• Packages may be redeemed at participating mobile sauna locations operated by All’s Well Waterspa. 

• Guests must reserve their session in advance via the booking platform provided.

 3. Non-Refundable
All purchases are final. Mobile sauna passes and packages are non-refundable and may not be exchanged for cash or credit. Passes may not be resold.

4. Validity
All mobile sauna passes and packages never expire. However, All’s Well Waterspa reserves the right to modify or discontinue the mobile sauna program at any time. 

5. Guest Responsibilities
Guests must:

  • Bring their own sauna attire, sauna footwear (sandals), towel, and water bottle.
  • Complete a Waiver and Release prior to participating.
  • Follow all posted safety rules and staff instructions.
  • Be responsible for their own health and well-being while participating.

6. Right to Refuse Service
All’s Well Waterspa reserves the right to refuse service or deny entry to any guest for reasons including, but not limited to, unsafe behavior, intoxication, harassment, or failure to follow facility guidelines. No refunds will be issued in such cases. 

7. Liability and Assumption of Risk
By purchasing or redeeming a Mobile Sauna pass, the guest acknowledges and accepts all inherent risks associated with sauna use, including but not limited to heat-related illness or injury. Guests participate voluntarily and at their own risk and must sign a waiver and release in order to redeem Mobile Sauna passes. . 

8. Modifications
All’s Well Waterspa reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be made available on the official website.

PRESALE PASSES AND MEMBERSHIPS

1. Membership Overview     

Founders Club Memberships are a limited-time, pre-opening offer that grants members special access and benefits for up to one year once All’s Well Waterspa opens to the public (estimated opening date: April–May 2026). Memberships are available in four tiers: 

- Zenith – $24,000 (total cost, lifetime access) 

- Orion – $480 per month (full monthly access) 

- Luna – $190 (4 spa passes per month) 

- Nova – $98 (2 spa passes per month) 

Each tier includes specific benefits as outlined at the time of purchase.

2. Presale Pass Overview

Presale offers are a limited-time, pre-opening offer that grants members access and sometimes additional benefits as outlined at the time of purchase. Presale passes and benefits are redeemable once All's Well Waterspa opens to the public (estimated opening date: April-May 2026).

3. Payment & Activation 

Memberships are sold as monthly recurring memberships requiring a non-refundable 1-month deposit. Memberships will activate on the date of business opening. There are no adjustments or extensions to the activation or end date. If All’s Well Waterspa does not open by December 31, 2027, your payment will be refunded in full. Presale passes are sold as one-time, up-front, non-refundable purchases.

3. Refunds, Transfers, and Renewals 

All Membership and Presale sales are final and payments are non-refundable. Memberships are non-transferable and may not be shared or reassigned. Lifetime Memberships (Zenith) are valid for the lifetime of the purchasing member and are not transferable. The monthly Orion membership with full access for 1 year may not be shared or transferred. Passes issued as part of monthly memberships at the Luna and Nova tiers are shareable and transferrable. Memberships are valid for one year from the date of opening and may be eligible for renewal at All’s Well’s discretion. Renewal rates are not guaranteed.

4. Cancelation of monthly memberships

Memberships may be canceled by contacting All's Well Waterspa at info@allswellwaterspa.com. Cancelations must be received at least 10 days before the end of a calendar month to avoid being charged for the following month.

4. Guest Passes & Complimentary Services 

Guest passes and massage discounts included in each tier do not expire. Guests must book in advance and are subject to facility capacity and availability. Please contact All’s Well in advance for parties of 8 or more. Fees related to special events, private bookings, or add-on services are not subject to discount.

5. Discounts & Exclusions 

Any stated membership discounts apply to qualifying purchases made after your Membership activates. Discounts do not apply to: 

- Membership purchases 

- Special event fees 

- Gift card purchases 

- Other offers as specified by All’s Well Waterspa.

6. Conduct & Use of Facilities 

All members and guests are expected to uphold the spirit of the All’s Well community—respectful, kind, and joy-centered. Members must comply with all facility rules, safety protocols, and staff instructions. All’s Well reserves the right to suspend or revoke membership privileges for behavior that endangers guests, staff, or the facility, without refund, regardless of the level of membership purchased.

7. Facility Availability & Modifications 

All’s Well Waterspa reserves the right to modify operating hours, amenities, or offerings as needed for maintenance, events, or health and safety regulations. All’s Well may substitute or discontinue specific benefits if required. Equivalent value will be provided when possible.

8. Liability & Waiver

Use of All’s Well Waterspa facilities is subject to the general liability waiver and safety agreement signed upon first visit. Membership purchase does not supersede those agreements.

9. Amendments

All’s Well Waterspa may update these Terms at any time. The most current version will be posted on our website and will apply to all memberships moving forward.
