Queer Heat Collective

Queer Heat Collective is a weekly 90-minute wood-fired sauna session created especially for our LGBTQ+ and gender-expansive community.
Held every Thursday at 7pm at our sauna on the patio at Utepils, this is a warm, grounding space to gather and decompress.
Come as you are. Bring your friends. Find new ones.
Sweat, breathe, and connect in a space that’s intentionally welcoming, safe, and joyfully queer.
All bodies, all genders, all expressions welcome.
How It Works
Each reservation is a 90-minute, self-paced session.
Move in and out of the sauna as you like: warm up, step outside to cool down, rehydrate, chat with friends, enjoy the Utepils patio, then head back in for another round.
There’s no “right” way to sauna: your body will tell you what it needs.
A trained sauna host is on-site for every session. They keep the sauna clean, answer questions, and can recommend cycle times if you’re sauna-curious but unsure where to start.
What to Bring
Please come prepared with:
- Bathing suit
- Water bottle & water (hydration is essential)
- Towel (for sitting + drying off)
- Easy slip-on sandals or flip-flops
We provide changing rooms, a cozy wood-fired sauna, and a welcoming atmosphere.
What to Expect
- Sessions last 90 minutes
- Up to 8 guests per session
- Plentiful, free parking in the Utepils Brewery lot
- You choose your rounds: heat up, cool down, repeat
- We keep our wood-fired sauna around 180°F.
- Access to the back patio for fresh air and relaxation between rounds
- A friendly, trained host who maintains the sauna and keeps everything moving smoothly
Location
We’re set up on the back patio at Utepils Brewing.
When you arrive, park in the main lot and walk through the building to reach the patio.
Tips for a Great Sauna
- Arrive hydrated
- Listen to your body. Most people enjoy sitting in the sauna for 9-20 minutes at a time.
- Take your time between rounds to cool down outside, hydrate, and rest
- Ask the host anything! They’re there to help.

Cancellation Policy
Tickets are non-refundable, but you’re welcome to gift or transfer your session to another sauna lover if you can’t make it.
